"We were honored to welcome Josine at our school for her insight and deeply engaging lecture on media use and healthy boundaries for students. Her presentation offered exactly the kind of clarity, expertise, and empathy that our parent community has been asking for. She explained complex topics - digital exposure, screen habits, online safety, and emotional wellbeing - in a way that was both accessible and impactful. She combined scientific knowledge with practical, everyday strategies that families can immediately apply at home. Her examples were relatable, her guidance thoughtful and calm, and her approach reassuring rather than alarmist. We are grateful to Josine for sharing her expertise and for helping our community navigate the digital world with greater confidence and intention.”
